My last birthday present

 Has arrived from Canada 😔 I think it will be my last birthday present before my dementia is getting worst and ending my life 😭😔😂😬😳😭🤣😂 but it seems that my dementia illness had been improving for abt a few %%% only 😳😳😳😉😉😉 better than nothing as hopefully I will be cured by myself plus the help of the great mother earth in the near future 💪 😊 😊 😘 😘 💕
